My name is Demanya Dogbey, a recreational soccer coach in Hamburg NJ. I grew up in a small city in Accra Ghana called Nima that have produce some of the best soccer talents in Ghana like Kudus Mohammed of Tottenham Hotspurs. In my youth days i struggled to have cleats to play organize soccer, i will always borrow or use a torn out cleats that made it very challenging to play to the level you want to play. I still remember the day my older brother bought me a brand new cleats, i did not go out the whole day and i will wear it in our little room and imagine all the things i will be doing on the pitch with that new soccer cleats.

In 2019, i got a chance to donate used soccer cleats to kids in a small town in Nsawam Ghana. i just walked up to the Team who were practicing at that day and ask kids to try on the shoes and take them if it fits. The excitement i saw in their eyes gave me joy that i cannot never put in words. Ever since since then, i made a promise to pursue this project to continue to bring excitement to kids who loves the game but don’t have access to the right equipment that can help better their talents.
